Overview

We promise the products you purchase from Good Way to Plant will be of the highest quality and delivered in conditions that guarantee optimal performance. If you followed our planting and care instructions but do not succeed, our Guarantee applies for up to 2 months from delivery.

Guarantee Policy

  • Please be aware that factors beyond our control, including human error, weather, and aesthetic preferences, and damage caused by hungry critters are not covered are not covered. Human error includes choosing to grow a plant outside of the recommended hardiness zone, not protecting a young plant from deer, rabbits, or other animals, and not providing the necessary care while plants are acclimating or establishing. Thank you for your understanding. 
  • Our customer service team may request photos or additional information to help with quality control and to ensure that our products maintain our high-quality standards. 
  • When available, we will set you up with a one-time complimentary replacement for the same product. If we do not have the same product available, we will offer a suitable replacement of your choice or issue store credit.   
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.  
  • Our team will be happy to help troubleshoot and provide advice to help set you up for success with your next planting. 

Cancellation Policy

  • For orders scheduled to ship immediately, you will not be able to cancel once your order is placed.
  • For pre-orders that are scheduled to ship later in the season, we require that you cancel two weeks prior to the start of your ship week at the latest. (For example, if your order is scheduled to ship the week of Monday May 21st, you must request to cancel by Monday May 7th at the latest).
  • Any notice provided within a week of your shipping week will not guarantee cancellation. 

Return Policy 

Live goods, such as perennials, bare roots, and bulbs cannot be returned. Please do not send your purchase back to Good Way to Plant.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and photos showing defective product.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: Any refund request that is submitted more than 30 days after delivery.

Once your return request is received and the photos have been inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Good Way to Plant are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for all purchased items pass to you once the items have been dropped off with the delivery carrier.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
